JV Strength 3

Our JV Strength Program is small group personal training for middle school aged athletes designed to build on the athletic abilities of each athlete and to develop strong training habits at a vital age. Small group size and personalized programming ensures that all athletes get the necessary attention they need from our nationally certified coaches. Each session is 60 minutes and as always, injury prevention is at the forefront of our programming. A customized app and remote coaching to track progress, communicate with coaches and so much more is included for all members.
