Varsity Strength 2

Varsity Strength is our high school and collegiate aged program designed to build off of the skill set of athletes that have progressed from our fundamental – junior varisity - and now to varsity. Each session is 60 minutes in length and consists of a dynamic warm up, corrective exercises and a personalized program geared toward increasing overall athleticism. Along with increased athletic performance, our Varsity Strength program also has critical injury prevention components geared towards decreasing the likelihood of injury and making an athlete more durable. Small group size and personalized programming ensures that all athletes get the necessary attention they need from our nationally certified coaches. A customized app and remote coaching to track progress, communicate with coaches and so much more is included for all members. Train to compete and dominate the competition!
