Fundamental

Fundamental is our youth level performance program is designed to increase speed, agility, explosiveness and core stability with injury prevention at the cornerstone of the curriculum. The program is designed to teach elementary aged children how to properly train using quality movement, coordination and reaction to increase their overall athleticism. Each session is 60 minutes and contains a dynamic warm-up, movement specific instructions from our nationally certified coaches in a fun and positive environment. Small group size ensures each athlete gets the individual attention they need to succeed. Our goal is to increase your athletes performance and instill a positive experience with physical fitness.
